Even though I wanted a tablet for ages, I brought one last summer and rarely really use it. Today I’ve had some fun actualy trying to draw with it though (I usualy only use it to colour) So I thought I’d pop some of my doodles on here

These are some works in progress of my current Uni project. (a couple of them are photos as the pieces are too big for my scanner, I apologise for the bad quality)

A work in progress. Based on an photo of the model Alice Dallal which I found very intriguing (it doesn’t really look like her much I know :P) I’m quite happy with how this is going though, I may paint this.

My current uni project is based on the poem ‘Ten Little Indians’ This is Indian number 6. Well, my first loose idea anyway. I’m thinking this will be the kind of style I use for all ten.

So I managed to nab my own stall at the Craft and Zine fair at the Art House in Southampton the other week.
Afraid none of my work was good enough I stayed up late all night trying to produce some crazy postcards based around some of my favourite songs. Here are some of the late night attempts ~

These arn’t all my efforts but I didn’t like all of them enough to post every single one.
If nothing else this last ditch attempt has made me realise I can produce work quickly when I need to. And I don’t think they are that bad. I’d like to blow a couple of them up into huge posters. So can anyone guess the songs? ;p

I’m really happy with how this came out Now I can’t get away from using those colours though.

It’s quite a fun program even if it is the biggest cheating system in the industry.
